We are usually paid from the proceeds of the sale through an agreement to co-operate between the Seller and his Agent (There are some exceptions where it is in the Buyer’s best interest to pay).

You may wish to use our services to find a suitable property that is not currently “on the market”. In those situations we will agree on a fee for service to be paid by you. If you decide on a property where a portion of the real estate fee is being offered to us by the seller, we will deduct that amount from the amount of our agreement.
