Bruce began his real estate career in Prince George where he quickly became one of Northern BC’s most successful commercial realtors. He soon moved to Vancouver where he joined the Macdonald Commercial Real Estate Group. He continues to focus on apartment buildings and investment properties in communities throughout BC.
Bruce is the owner and host of the BCApartmentBuildings.com website which is arguably the most visited website for multifamily properties in British Columbia. He has sold more than 5000 apartment units to date.
Bruce was awarded the CCIM designation in 1997 and is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. He currently holds an Associate Broker license at Macdonald Commercial Real Estate Services Vancouver office.
Bruce has been involved with sports most of his life. He coached youth basketball and lacrosse and inspired and co-founded the BC Masters Lacrosse League where he served as Commissioner for 10 years.
